My, my, it's been awhile. I guess on one hand, it's nice that even with all the nasty code running this site, it's still stable and able to maintain itself for long periods of time without me popping under the hood. On the other hand, it's a little scary to realize that I've written so much code, and documented (on this site) so little of it that I really have trouble remembering which elements come from where.

Anyway, today, we upgraded to PHP 5.0.5. Nothing spectacular, but it's sort of a game where we all sit and wait for things to break. So far, yeah, a few things have broken. And I've received a few hundred emails from the server telling me my scripts that normally run every five minutes are hating life. But aside from that, it seems to be handling things rather gracefully.

I was toying around with what I think will be a fun little feature for future posts, and especially for the blog system I'm planning on transitioning towards, at least for personal use. I have a few tricks up my sleeve, which I hope will help keep things interesting. Not to mention writing that doesn't induce vomiting or suicidal thoughts. We prefer it that way.

Anyway, this is all by way of saying that if you happen to notice any problems, it doesn't mean I have, so please inform me. I know a bunch of you still read the site on a damn regular basis, even if no one is writing, so give us some love, kids.

Maybe you should spend more time on UtterSarcasm. Then you wouldn't break the shit you've already fixed here.

That's what I was referring to, slut.
I was trying to be covert.

I don't know what you're talking about.
